Phyllis A. Parker, 87, of Fairfield, passed away on October 3, 2020, at Jefferson County Health Center.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Phyllis was born February 28, 1933, to George and Mary (Reagels) Clark in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. She married Kenneth Parker in 1991.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing cards.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Linda Ritter of East Moline, IL; two stepchildren, Connie ( Butch) McKay and Larry (Jamie) Parker; four grandchildren, Shelly Ritter, Tim Ritter, Alton Williams and Tiffany Williams; and one great-grandchild.

Phyllis was preceded by her parents, George and Mary; husband, Kenneth Parker; two daughters, Debra Olson and Kimberly Williams; and her siblings, Betty, Beverly, Carol Jean and Robert.
