COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Phyllis Dorkowski, 72, of Washington, and formerly of Columbus City, died Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2001, at Washington Care Center in Washington.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Columbus City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Stacy-Lewis Funeral home of Columbus Junction is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established at the funeral home.
