Phyllis Elaine Cline, 68, of Lockridge, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022, at the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center.

Phyllis was born April 9, 1954, in Fairfield, to Robert and Addie (Hall) Manning. She married Duane Cline on May 29, 1999, in Lockridge, on the family farm.

Phyllis worked as a CNA at the Jefferson County Public Health. Some of her interests were camping, motorcycle riding and going to tractor and truck pulls. She was a member of the First Christian Church. What meant the most to Phyllis was spending time with her kids, grandkids, family and friends.

Phyllis will be missed by her husband, Duane of Lockridge; her children, Stacie Barnett of Richland, Rhonda Anders of Ottumwa, Terry Schaffer of Fairfield, Jennifer Miles of Lithia, FL, Jeffrey Cline of New London and Alexys Cline of Lockridge; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Kenneth Manning of San Diego, CA, Sherri Breuer of Mt. Pleasant and Betty Manning of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Addie.

There are no services planed at this time. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Shriners Children Hospital. Cards and memorials may be mailed to Duane Cline, 1015 West Main Street, Lockridge, IA 52635.
