Phyllis G. Smart
Phyllis G. Smart, 94, of Lompoc, Calif., and formerly of Hillsboro, died on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002, at Lompoc Hospital.
The memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 16, at the chapel of Starbuck-Lind Mortuary in Lompoc with the Rev. Dr. Larry Baker of First Southern Baptist Church officiating. Order of the Eastern Star rites will also be held. Visitation with the family present will be from 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home until the time of service. Private inurnment will be at Lompoc Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the pastor of Hillsboro Baptist Church, 107 North King, Hillsboro, Iowa 52630.
