Phyllis Irene Bartruff
Phyllis Irene Bartruff, 75, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006, at Circle of Life Hospice Home in Springdale, Ark.
A "Celebration of Her Life" will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church in Bella Vista.
Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, Arkansas 72762, to plan and establish an angel garden to be incorporated in the expansion of the facility. Contributions also may be made to First United Methodist Church in Bella Vista.
Arrangements are in the care of Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory in Bella Vista.
