Phyllis J. Cox Skaggs
Phyllis J. Cox Skaggs, 69, of Mt. Pleasant, and formerly of Batavia, died Thursday, March 8, at the Pleasant Manor Care Center in Mt. Pleasant.
According to her wishes her body has been cremated and a graveside service will be at a later date at Oakland Mills Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society in her memory and may be sent to Becky Fraise at P.O. Box 843, Mt. Pleasant. The Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home of Mt.
