Phyllis Sue Horn

Phyllis Sue Horn, 55, New London, died Monday, Aug. 16, 2004, as the result of an automobile accident.

      The funeral service will be 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 20, at Elliott Chapel in New London with Pastor Bob Dameron officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Cemetery in Mt. Union. Visitation will begin at noon on Thursday, Aug. 19, at the funeral home with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include her parents of New London; two daughters, Jolene and her husband Hal Beauchamp, Mt. Pleasant and April Puffinbarger and her fiancé Todd Riley of New London; two sons, Shawn and his wife Amanda Puffinbarger, New London, and Shane and his wife Barbara Puffinbarger, Mt. Union; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Pam Rockel, Holland, Mich. and Cheri and her husband Larry Westcott, Waterloo; and a brother, Tom and his wife Adie Horn, Dyersville, Tenn.

      She was preceded in death by her grandparents and two brothers, Chuck Horn and Don Horn.
