Raleigh M. Lowe
BRIGHTON - Raleigh M. Lowe, 77, of Washington, and formerly of Brighton, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2001, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at Gould Funeral Home in Brighton, with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A memorial has been established for the Brighton Volunteer First Responders.
