Ralph B. Piper
Ralph B. Piper, 75, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 3:02 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, 2003, at the Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, at the Forest Home Cemetery chapel, where burial will take place. Pastor Dean Elmore of the Washington Church of God will officiate. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday at the Weir Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.
