Ralph Edward Messer
Ralph Edward Messer, 88, of Fairfield, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 24 in the chapel of White Oak Cemetery, north of Rome, with the Rev. Harold Dorsey officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 23 at Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. There will be no family visitation. A memorial has been established for the activity fund for Parkview Care Center of Fairfield.
