Ralph H. Herman
Ralph H. Herman, 82, formerly of Sigourney, died on Dec. 8, at Rowley Memorial Masonic Home in Perry, where he had resided for the last five years.
Masonic services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Shirley Will officiating. Burial will be in the Blue Point Cemetery southwest of Richland. Military services will be conducted by American Legion Post #19 of Sigourney. Visitation begins after 10 a.m. Friday, with the family present one hour prior to service on Saturday. A memorial has been established to the discretion of the family.
