Ralph R. Bailey, 84, of Davenport, died Thursday, June 29, at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, in Davenport.
Celebration of Life services were held today at First Presbyterian Church in Davenport. Burial followed in Oakdale Memorial Gardens in Davenport. Memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society, the Old Settlers and Old Threshers Association, or to First Presbyterian Church.
