Ralph Reschly

MOUNT PLEASANT - Ralph Reschly, 91, of Mount Union, died Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008, in his home.

      Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20, in the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. John Zimmerman and the Rev. Don Patterson officiating. Burial will be in the Sheridan Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon today in the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Amenity Hospice of Cedar Rapids and the Great River Home Health Care of Burlington.

      Mr. Reschly was born Aug. 19, 1916 in Wayland, the son of William and Katie (Swartzendruber) Reschly. He married Irene V. Imhof on Aug. 22, 1937 in Wayland.
