Ralph Samuel Tusing
JACKSONVILLE, N.C. - Ralph Samuel Tusing, Sr., 64, of Jacksonville, N.C., and formerly of Washington, died Friday, Feb. 14, 2003, at his residence.
Funeral services were held today at Word of Faith Church in Jacksonville, N.C. with the Rev. Pam Osborne officiating. Memorials may be directed to the Ralph Tusing Fund.
