Ralph Willis Cain

      WINFIELD - Ralph Willis Cain, 89, of Marshalltown, formerly of Winfield, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, in the Veterans Home in Marshalltown.

      A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in the Winfield Scott Township Cemetery in Winfield with the Rev. Paul Prescott officiating. The family and friends will gather for a lunch and visiting at the First Presbyterian Church fellowship hall in Winfield following the service. Honts Funeral Home in Winfield is in charge of the arrangements.

      Mr. Cain was born Sept. 18, 1917, in Carroll County, Mo., the son of John Jack and Cora Bell (Gilbert) Cain. He married Dorothy May McBee on June 22, 1943, in Chillicothe, Mo. She died on May 26, 2007.
