Randall E. Bailey
WELLMAN - Randall E. Bailey, 60, of Wellman, died Monday, July 28, 2008, in his home in Wellman following a lengthy illness.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 3 in the Blair House in Washington with a potluck to follow. Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday in the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A general memorial fund has been established.
Mr. Bailey was born Oct. 29, 1947 in Yakimah, Wash., the son of Lawrence and Mildred (Hahn) Bailey. He married Beverly Backstrom on July 12, 1969 in Aitkin, Mich.
