Ray L. Duncan February 19, 1917 - July 10, 2005

Ray Leslie Duncan, 88, of rural Bonaparte, died at 2:40 a.m. Sunday, July 10, 2005, at the Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 13 at the Hofbauer-Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Farmington, with the Rev. Paul Rekward officiating. Burial will be in Greenglade Cemetery in Farmington, with full military rites by the Farmington American Legion. Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13 at the funeral home, with family present from 10 to 11 a.m. A memorial has been established.

      Survivors include two grandchildren; and a brother, Lawrence Duncan of Mt. Pleasant.

      In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Judy Duncan; and three brothers, Fred, Clayton and Robert.
