Raymond J. Kron
KALONA-Raymond J. Kron, 86, of Kalona, formerly of Riverside, died Saturday, June 11, 2005, at Pleasantview Home in Kalona, following a lengthy illness.
Celebration of Life services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Riverside. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Riverside. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m., today, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with a Rosary said at 4:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Pleasantview Home.
Mr. Kron was born on Jan. 12, 1919, in Riverside, to Henry and Lena (Hahn) Kron. He married Freda Frank on Feb. 4, 1941, in Riverside.
