Raymond Keith Jones

      KNOXVILLE - Raymond Keith Jones, 83, of Knoxville, died Monday, Jan. 26, 2004, at VA Medical Center in Knoxville.

      A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville, with the Rev. Dale Blanshan officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial funds for First Christian Church or Knoxville Hospice of Central Iowa have been established.

      Mr. Jones was born Oct. 20, 1920, in Columbia, the son of Arthur Franklin and Edna Mae (Pack) Jones. He married Violet Meeker on Feb. 22, 1942, in Lancaster, Mo. He married Verda Elaine Elswick on Feb. 26, 1981, in Albia.
