Reuben E. Frank
Reuben E. Frank, 86, New London died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999, at New London Nursing and Rehab Center.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at Elliott Chapel in New London with the Rev. Jeffery McPheron officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery, New London. There will be no visitation. Memorials have been established for the New London Rescue Unit.
