Rhoda Ann Lowe, 77, of Washington, Iowa passed away on August 10, 2023, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. She was born on November 24, 1945, in Brighton, Iowa, the daughter of Lloyd Ernest and Charlene Brolliar Reighard and the youngest of five children. Rhoda grew up in the Brighton area and attended Brighton schools. She married Edmund ‘Butch’ Lowe in Washington on December 18, 1982. He died May 19, 2004.

Rhoda is survived by her son, Rob Campbell (Kim) of Waukesha, Wis., her brother Keith Reighard (Ruth) of Washington, Iowa, and sister Donna Donaldson-Tyler (Gary) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as well as her grandkids Ryan and Madysen. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edmond “Butch” Lowe, her son Richard “Rick” Campbell and her sisters Linda Luedtke and Karen Reighard.

Rhoda worked at Modine Manufacturing Company in Washington for over 40 years. She will be greatly missed by her son, sister, brother, in-laws, grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Brighton Community Church with Rev. Rick Zickefoose officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brighton. Memorials to the Brighton Volunteer First Responders may be left at the church or mailed to the family at 2204 Norwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188. Gould Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
