WELLMAN ? Richard A. Knerr, 73, of Wellman, died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at his home from lung cancer.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A private graveside service will be held in the Wellman Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Washington County Hospice.
