Richard B. 'Dick' Hotle

Richard B. "Dick" Hotle, 89, of Washington, died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2008, in the United Presbyterian Home in Washington after failing in health for the past two years.

      Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. Bob Wollenberg officiating. Military honors will be conducted by Washington American Legion Post No. 29. Visitation will begin at noon Monday in the in the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials may be made to the United Presbyterian Home.

      Mr. Hotle was born Dec. 2, 1919, in Wellston, the son of Howard and Vella (Benson) Hotle. He married Margaret Flenner on April 13, 1941 in Washington. He later married Justine George on Sept. 21, 1957 in Washington.
