Richard ?Dean? Arbuckle, 84, of Jefferson, died June 2, 2010, at Regency Park Nursing and Rehab in Jefferson.
Services were arranged by Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home. Memorials to Disabled Veterans were suggested.
Mr. Arbuckle was born April 2, 1926, in Des Moines, to Charles M. Arbuckle and Winifred Pettit Arbuckle. He graduated from Churdan High School in 1943 and attended George Washington University. He married Anna Fragos on Jan. 3, 1945, in Washington, D.C.
