Richard Dwayne Judd, 55, of Burlington, died at 9:19 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2006, in Great River Medical Center in Burlington.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 17, in Lunning Chapel, with the Rev. Marshall Jackman officiating. His body will be cremated following the services.
Visitation begins at 8 a.m. Wednesday, with family present from 1 p.m. until time of service.
