Richard E. Olson

      Richard E. Olson, age 85, of Fairfield, formerly of McGregor, IA, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2007 at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      Visitation with the family will begin 6:00 PM, Tuesday, October 16, 2007 preceding the funeral service at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM, with cremation following the service. Inurnment will be in Luana Cemetery in Luana, IA at a later date.

      Memorials may be made in Mr. Olson's memory to Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

      Richard E. Olson was born February 12, 1922 in Cedar Rapids, IA, the son of Harry and May (Clark) Olson. He was united in marriage with Marjorie Freeman in 1950, and she passed away July 2, 2002.
