Richard F. ?Rich? Neff

    Richard F. ?Rich? Neff, 66, of Washington, died Thursday, July 30, 2009, at his home in Washington following an extended illness.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, at St. James Catholic Church in Washington.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.  Prayer services will be at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be directed to St. James Church, Hospice of Washington County, or to Cottonwood Cemetery for a fence project.

    Mr. Neff was born Oct. 31, 1942, in Mount Pleasant, the son of Gerald and Mary J. (Stalder) Neff.  He married Joy Williamson on July 23, 1982.
