Richard Hyde
BRIGHTON - Richard Hyde, 75, of Brighton, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, in his home.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, in the First Church of God in Brighton with the Rev. Rick Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Cottonwood Cemetery near Coppock. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County or Brighton Volunteer First Responders.
Mr. Hyde was born Sept. 5, 1932, on his family's farm near Brighton, the son of John and Esther (Hull) Hyde Jr. He married Patricia Smith on Feb. 18, 1953, in Kahoka, Mo.
