Richard J. Murray

Richard J. Murray, 70, of Las Vegas, formerly of Burlington, died Saturday, April 16, 2005, in Las Vegas.

      The Mass of Christian burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 22 at St. Paul's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Patrick Hilgendorf officiating. Burial with military rites conducted by VFW Post 10102 and 9152, American Legion Post 52, Hamilton-Walters Marine Corps League and AMVETS Post 29 will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Thursday, April 21 at Prugh's Chapel in Burlington. There will be no family visitation. A memorial has been established.

Survivors include his wife, Corina; a son, Matthew Murray of Burlington; two grandchildren; and a sister, Lisa Murray of Lombard, Ill.

      He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and a brother.
