Richard James Russell
Richard James "Dutch" Russell Sr., 87, died on Feb. 4, at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.
Visitation with the family present will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Behner Funeral Home, with the Rev. Danny Cary officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date. Memorials to be made to the family in lieu of flowers.
