Richard L. 'Dick' Jones
PROPHETSTOWN, Ill. - Richard L. "Dick" Jones, 64, of Prophetstown, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, in the Prophets Riverview Good Samaritan Center in Prophetstown.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in the First Lutheran Church in Prophetstown. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the church. A memorial fund has been established. Gibson and Son Funeral Home, Prophetstown, is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Jones was born June 28, 1943, in Martinsburg, the son of John and Winnifred (Neal) Jones. He married Diane Minssen on Sept. 19, 1965, in Prophetstown.
