Richard Longer
Richard Longer, 78, of Washington, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
A memorial service for Mr. Longer and his wife, Grace (Tavy) Longer, who died June 4, 1995, at age 80, will take place at the Sylvia Longer Home, 119 West Harrison Street, Washington, at 1:30 p.m.
