Richard F. Reynolds, 70, died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2021. at his home in Franklin. Friends may call after noon Friday, Sept. 24, at Schmitz Funeral Home in Donnellson, where the family will receive friends from
5 to 7 p.m. At 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, native rites by Rising Sun will be held at the funeral home. A
celebration of life will follow at Franklin Park in
