Richard Thomas Meixner Sr.

      Richard Thomas Meixner Sr., 68, of Fairfield, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, at home.

      A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with the Rev. Michael Renken officiating. The body will be cremated. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.

      Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Richard Meixner family and sent to 420 E. Washington St., Birmingham 52535.

      Mr. Meixner was born Feb. 17, 1939, in DeForest, Wis., the son of Emil and Anna Mueller Meixner.
