Robert A. 'Bob' Chalupa

      WASHINGTON - Robert A. "Bob" Chalupa, age 73, of Washington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 8, 2007 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.

      Celebration of Life services will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday February 12th at the First Christian Church in Washington with Rev. Fred Bickhart and Rev. Richard Boyd officiating. Visitation will begin 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the Jones - Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 Sunday. Interment will take place at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the First Christian Church in Washington.       Bob was born September 15, 1933 in Richmond, Iowa the son of Fred and Olive (Wallace) Chalupa. He attended school in West Chester and graduated from West Chester High School. Bob attended an electrical school in Kansas City for one year. On March 31, 1968
