Robert A. Waterhouse Jr.

      Robert A. Waterhouse Jr., 66, of Washington died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007, in his residence after a one-year battle with cancer.

      Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, in the Church of God in Brighton with the Rev. Kevin Dice officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Friday in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Grace Hill Cemetery in rural Washington County. A memorial fund has been established for the American Cancer Society for Prostate Cancer Research or the Hospice of Washington County.

      Mr. Waterhouse was born March 15, 1941, the son of Robert and Olletha (Zickefoose) Waterhouse. He married Connie Hesseltine on Aug. 27, 1961 in the Pleasant Hill Christian Church, south of Washington.
