Robert B. Droz Sr.

      Robert B. Droz Sr., 62, of Fairfield, died Friday, Feb. 23, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield.

      A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with Dar Eckley officiating. Cremation will follow the service, and burial of the cremains will be at a later date.

      Family visitation will be from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

      In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jefferson County Parks and Trails. Cards and memorials may be sent to 1505 Lone Oak Circle, Fairfield 52556.

      Mr. Droz was born July 16, 1944, in Fairfield, the son of Jack and Aletha Waggoner Droz. He married Rebecca "Becky" Hedlund Dec. 24, 1963, in Nashua.
