Robert (Bob) Earl Watson passed away at the age of 80 in his home in Ainsworth, Iowa, on Monday, December 1, 2025. Robert grew up and went to school in Ainsworth, Iowa. His parents were named Kenneth and Rosalie Watson. Robert served in the National Guard after high school. He worked at Monsanto for several years and retired in 2002. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming. Bob is survived by a son, Brian Watson (wife, Wendy Watson) and 3 grandchildren: Grace Nemechek (husband, Samuel Nemechek), Owen Watson, and Grant Watson. Bob also has a sister, Gladys Ferguson, living in Washington, Iowa. Services for Bob will be held at a later date.
