Robert E. Jones March 30, 1929 - October 31, 2003
Robert Edward "Bob" Jones, 74, of Winfield, died on Friday morning, Oct. 31, 2003, at the Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.
The funeral service was at 10 a.m. today at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello, with the Rev. Mary N. Pugh officiating. Burial followed at the Kossuth Cemetery in Mediapolis.
Survivors include his daughter, Cathy and her husband Randy Smith of Wapello; two granddaughters; and two brothers, Dick Jones of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Darrel Jones of Burlington.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jeff, and a grandson.
