Robert E. Kleese
WASHINGTON - Robert E. Kleese, 75, of Washington died Tuesday, July 18, 2006 in University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City after an extended illness
Celebration of Life services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 21 in the United Presbyterian Church in Washington with the Rev. Kitch Shatzer and the Rev. Jim Edwards officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to noon Friday in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home. Interment with military honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post 29 will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials may be made to the Washington Public Library or to Washington American Legion Post 29.
