Robert E. Nihart
Robert E. Nihart, 80, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2001, at Henry County Health Center in Mt. Pleasant.
The funeral service and burial will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 26, at Forest Home Cemetery with the Revs. Richard Iles and Rick Zickefoose officiating. Full military honors will be presented by VFW Post #2561, American Legion Post #58, and AMVETS Post #44. Visitation will be from noon to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, May 25, at Weir Funeral Home with the family present from 7 to 8:30 on Friday evening. A memorial has been established to the Henry County Cancer Fund.
