Robert F. McDowell
KEOTA ? Robert F. McDowell, 87, of Keota, died Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at his home.
Funeral services were at 10:30 a.m. today at the United Church of Faith in Keota with the Rev. Dennis Hopes officiating. Burial was at Keota Cemetery. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church. A memorial fund has been established for the United Church of Faith, Lagos Acres or Hospice of Washington County. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.
