Robert Franklin Flack
Robert Franklin Flack, 78, of the New London Nursing and Rehab Center, and formerly of Ottumwa, died Tuesday, April 24, at the Henry County Health Center.
Inurnment of his cremains will take place at a later date. Friends may call after noon Thursday, April 26, at the Elliott Chapel in New London, with the family present from 6-8 p.m. A memorial has been made to help defray funeral expenses. There will be no formal services according to Flack's wishes.
