Robert G. 'Bob' McAvoy
Robert G. "Bob" McAvoy, 86, of Washington, died Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2002, at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 30, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington, with the Rev. Brian Gentz officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Sunday at Jones-Eden Funeral Home in Washington, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Memorials may be directed to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Parkinson's Foundation.
