Mr. Robert H. "Bob" Frank, 93, of Burlington, died at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2019, at Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Burlington, Iowa.

Born Feb. 5, 1926, in Burlington, he was the son of Lewis Sr. and Mathilda (Wagler) Frank. He married Donna Garmoe on Nov. 15, 1952.

Robert was a farmer and worked as a machinist at Beames Welding.

He was a member of Sperry United Methodist Church.

He enjoyed fishing, gardening and time spent with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Donna Frank of Burlington; five daughters, Karen Duncan of Florida, Debbie Boggs of Kentucky, Connie (Craig) Schmidt, Robin Frank, both of Burlington and Michelle (Darin) Hauswirth of Sperry, Iowa; eleven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marilyn Anderson of Burlington.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Lunning Chapel, followed by processional to Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery, where a graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.

Memorials have been established for Quilts of Valor and Oakview Care and Rehabilitation Activities Fund.
