Robert L. Stagers
Robert L. Stagers, 80, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 2:30 a.m. on Friday, May 11, of an apparent heart attack at Henry County Health Center.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 14, at the First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant with the Revs. David Plooster and Kenneth Smith officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 13, at Weir Funeral Home with the family present from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Burial with full military honors will be in Forest Home Cemetery. A memorial has been established to the dialysis unit of Henry County Health Center.
