Robert W. Manley

COLUMBUS JUNCTION ? Robert W. Manley, 83, of Conesville, died Monday, July 21, 2008, at Carrington Place in Muscatine.

      Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 24, at the Columbus City Cemetery, with Bishop John Teed and Elder Robert Bromwell officiating. Full military rites will be provided by the Allen Wright Hanft American Legion Post No. 100. Following the committal services, there will be a time of food and fellowship at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There will be no visitation. A general memorial fund has been established. Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Columbus Junction is in charge of the arrangements.

      Mr. Manley was born April 10, 1925, in Columbus Junction, the son of James Ira and Maggie (Tisor) Manley. He married Della R. Lopshire on Feb. 28, 1958, in Buffalo.
