Roberta Ledger

    BRIGHTON    Roberta Ledger, 70, of Brighton, died Monday, May 11, 2009, at her home, following a brief illness.

    A Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 15, at Ss. Joseph and Cabrini Church in East Pleasant Plain with the Rev. Charles J. Fladung and the Rev. Robert Streigel officiating.  Following cremation, burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m.  Memorials may be directed to St. Joseph Cemetery Association.  Gould Funeral Home in Brighton is in charge of the arrangements.

    Mrs. Ledger was born June 7, 1938, in Fort Madison, the daughter of Robert T. and Hilda M. (Krogmeier) Fedler.  She married Ernest Ledger on Nov. 21, 1959, in Fort Madison.
