Roberta 'Pinky' A. Lynn

Roberta "Pinky" A. Lynn, 72, of West Chester, died Saturday, June 28, 2008, in the M.L. McCreedy Home in Washington following a lengthy illness.

      Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 3, in the First Assembly of God Church in Washington with the Rev. Jim Cluney officiating. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday in the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the West Chester Cemetery in West Chester. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of Washington County.

      Mrs. Lynn was born Sept. 26, 1935 in Washington, the daughter of George Robert and Opal (Hasting) Gier. She married Eugene Earl Lynn on Dec. 15, 1951 in Rock Island, Ill.
