Roger N. Aronhalt

      MT. PLEASANT - Roger N. Aronhalt, 82, of Mt. Pleasant, died Friday, July 4, 2008, in Arbor Court.

      Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, in the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Don Coffin officiating. Burial will be in the Cambrian Cemetery near Columbus Junction with military rites provided by the Winfield American Legion Post No. 645. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. today in the funeral home where the family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to the Salem Fire Department and the Cambrian Cemetery.

      Mr. Aronhalt was born March 24, 1926 in Mt. Pleasant, the son of Ralph N. and Beulah C. (Richie) Aronhalt. He married Margaret Louise Humphreys on Sept. 17, 1955 in the Salem Presbyterian Church in rural Columbus Junction.
